All of the hoses included with this kit are American made from high-quality Gates hose stock. Fittings on both ends are quality brass with bright chrome plating. This hose kit includes the regulator hoses necessary to rig a single cylinder regulator set in conformance with the standards of DIR or Hogarthian diving equipment configuration. In addition, the kit includes a small stainless steel bolt snap and a short length of cave line to facilitate storing the long hose on a d-ring when it is not in use . The kit also includes a length of small diameter bungee cord to create the necklace for storage of the backup regulator.

The Backplate Lumbar Pad attaches securely to any hard backplate by simply threading the shoulder straps through webbing loops at the top of the backpad. The lower part of the Backplate Pad attaches through the crotch strap slot on the bottom of the plate by means of a webbing loop. When diving with double tanks, a quick release buckle allows the Backplate Pad to be lifted out of the way for access to the doubles bolts.
